Started in 2014 in Barcelona, LODIVI is a brand specializing in innovative products for modern kitchens.
Lodiví began with the goal of reinterpreting traditional utensils that are closely tied to our culture, such as the ham holder, from a fresh and modern point of view.
Design
We believe design is a fundamental value in offering a quality product that is both functional and attractive.
Our work was recognized with the Delta de Plata award in 2014, for industrial design, granted by ADI-FAD, «for being an intelligent idea that offers an improvement for products for daily life. A discreet product, without pretension, simple and elegant and representing the good design of utensils that we use day to day and fairly priced.»
Production
Each product seeks to respect our environment and to find the right balance between beauty and practicality. All are made with high-quality materials, such as FSC certified beech wood and 304L stainless steel, to prolong the life and durability of the product.
In addition, we produce exclusive series for various clients, restaurants, bodegas, curators and ham cutting specialists such as Cinco Jotas (Spain) and Cloudy Bays (New Zealand).
FUNCTIONAL AND QUALITY DESIGN
Our Jamonero is part of the permanent collection of Product Design at the Barcelona Design Museum.
It was also selected for the exposition “Tapas: SpanishDesignforFood,” a traveling exposition making its way around the world and organized by Acción Cultural Española (AC/E), under the direction of the architect and designer Juli Capella.
